This is a hands-on role that combines installation and maintenance with strong customer interaction. The successful candidate will not only take pride in delivering top-quality electrical work but also engage directly with clients, providing tailored solutions and identifying opportunities for upgrades and additional services. Tasks & Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair residential electrical systems Deliver projects on time and to AS3000 standards Use a job management system to track and complete jobs efficiently Act as both an installer and sales technician, building client relationships Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and with attention to detail Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' residential electrical experience (must be in Australia) Current Driver's Licence & Electrical Trade Licence White Card and strong knowledge of AS3000 Experience using job management systems Full Australian working rights Benefits & Perks $45 - $55 per hour super (depending on experience) Incentives and performance-based rewards Ongoing support, mentoring, and career development opportunities A dynamic role - no two days are the same!
